Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of an appointment should happen at least 24 hours before the session start.

The full price for the therapy session must be paid if cancellation happens at a later point.

If cancellation happens because of acute sickness, it is possible to pay half price only. This decision is made only after a personal evaluation on the phone.
